Coverage includes your final preparations, the ceremony, and a photo shoot in the surrounding location. I am happy to take your lead and travel about the local area as much or as little as you wish 🙂 Also included is 200+ photographs individually edited in my gorgeous vintage-inspired style. I will also edit all your photographs in classic black and white and upload them to a password protected online gallery with all edited photographs in high-quality printable file size with no copy or watermarks, ready to download to your own device and print.
Cost – £495.00
Late availability reduction – £123.75
Cost including reduction – £371.25
There will also be a cost of £100 for my travel from Glasgow plus one nights accommodation the evening prior to your wedding day.
Total cost including reduction, travel and tax – £471.25
Terms of Service
• Once booking is confirmed a deposit of £150 is due within two weeks to secure the booking.
• If for any reason (outwith COVID-19 restrictions) the wedding is cancelled by the client the deposit is non refundable.
• If the wedding is changed from the original date/time and Wilson McSheffrey are available, no charge will made to transfer the booking.
• If the wedding is changed from the original date/time and Wilson McSheffrey are unavailable due to prior commitments, the deposit is non refundable.
• The balance is due one month prior to the wedding date.
• If for any reason the balance is not paid in full one month prior to the wedding date (with out having sought agreement) Wilson McSheffrey reserve the right to cancel and the deposit is non refundable.
• The package chosen can be changed at the clients request at any time before the balance is paid and the price will be adjusted accordingly.
• Once the balance is paid additions can be made to the package at your request and the difference paid accordingly.
• Once balance is paid any reductions to the package are non refundable.
• All images are the copyright of Wilson McSheffrey and no unauthorised reproductions may be made.
• Images may be used on your own personal website/ social media accounts (a wee credit would be appreciated!)
• If you wish to submit your wedding to any wedding blogs, please feel free to do so. We would love to see any accepted submissions when published.
• Wilson Mcsheffrey will keep a copy of your edited images on file for 10 years.
• Digital Negative/ Raw files (unedited) with be kept for 1 year.
• In the rare circumstance I cannot attend the wedding for any reason, including illness (less than two months prior to wedding date), I will endeavour to organise a replacement photographer.
• If for any unforeseen circumstances Wilson McSheffrey have to cancel your booking (more than two months prior to the wedding day), all deposits and monies paid will be refunded in full.
• COVID-19 – If government restrictions mean the wedding cannot go ahead at the booking date, no charge will be made to transfer the date to an alternative. If cancellation is required all deposits and monies will be refunded in full.
