Anna & Adam's Elegant Back Garden Celebration // Wedding Photography, Aberdeen
Wedding photography Aberdeen – It was a beautiful sunny day when I travelled across to the east coast of Scotland to be photographer at Anna and Adam’s gorgeous wedding at Bridge of Don. Anna and Adam had decided to do something a little different with their wedding day and held their ceremony and reception in Anna’s parents beautiful garden. With the help of a range of fantastic wedding suppliers curated by Sara from Weddings by Sara Jane a marquee had been erected and exquisitely decorated by Rustic Look Hire and Hays Flowers, it was the perfect setting for a wedding with a hugely personal feel.
The Wedding Day
I arrive as bride and groom were finalising their preparations and began capturing those early moments of anticipation. Anna looked amazing in her wedding dress, rejecting a traditional floor length dress for a super elegant short and sleek knee length wedding dress from Halston Heritage. Anna’s bridesmaids, Amy, Rosie and Katie also looked gorgeous in longer blue dresses with floral bodices, from Needle and Thread.
Once everyone was ready it was time to make their way outside where Anna and Adams guests were excitedly waiting. The ceremony was held in front of a pretty floral arch beautifully arranged by Jill from Hays Flowers. Officialities were concluded by joyous dancing along the aisle!
Photographic coverage continued until the dancing in the evening, time for guests to work off the delicious food supplied by The Pigs Wings and the wedding cake buffet supplied by Cakes by Design!
