Intimate Beach Wedding, Scotland – Aaron & Joe's Quiet Day at Seil near Oban

Aaron & Joe’s elopement at Seil, just south of Oban, was a simple, thoughtful day. No big plans, no rush — just the two of them, a quiet beach, and the sound of the sea in the background.
The weather gave us a little bit of everything — bright skies, a few heavy clouds passing through, but it only added to the feeling that the day was unfolding at its own pace. Their ceremony was short and personal, shared between the two of them with the open water stretching out behind.
It was the kind of day that captures what an Intimate Beach Wedding in Scotland is really about; small moments, beautiful surroundings, and a focus on what matters most.
Afterwards, we took a slow walk along the beach and across the rocks. No set poses, no plans — just stopping now and then when the light and the moment felt right. Aaron & Joe were easy with it all, happy to let the day be what it was.
If you’re thinking about an elopement that’s about quiet moments rather than big plans, a Scottish Highlands beach wedding like Aaron & Joe’s is a good reminder: sometimes less really is more.
